While we ensure quality, we cannot be held responsible for variations inherent in natural materials. Material availability may change, and if a material becomes unavailable or is delayed, we will promptly inform you via email. We reserve the right to reach out if there are any errors in pricing or order processing.
REFUNDS
All refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
